As from this date onwards, Vision Group Ltd. strengthens its position on global fly fishing tackle markets by starting an extensive cooperation with a well-known Swedish casting instructor Mattias Drugge.
Scandinavian style casting techniques have become very popular during the last ten years or so. Most of these techniques require a well balanced set including special flylines and leader combinations. Combined with a huge increase in the popularity of double hand rods (Spey rods in North-America) worldwide, it is clear that this trend will continue to flourish also in the future. In order to secure and even increase its market share in this highly competitive segment, Vision Group Ltd, starts an extensive co-operation with one of the most respected Scandinavian casting instructor Mattias Drugge. Mattias will test extensively Vision’s current product repertoire during his casting&fishing schools, demo days and freetime. Based on his detailed feedback, Vision will aim to improve its existing products. Furthermore, Mattias will be a vital part of a team, which will launch a special product family, called Ace of Spey, designated to take the next big step ahead in this field.
